Terms & Conditions

Effective date: June 11, 2026 · Last updated: October 7, 2026

1. Accepting these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern every visit to propertymanagerhires.com (“PropertyManagerHires,” “we,” “us”).

Searching listings, reading our pages or buying a post on the board each counts as accepting the Terms.

Anyone who does not accept the Terms should stop using the board.

Buying a post, or applying to a job from the board, is limited to people aged 18 or older.

2. What PropertyManagerHires does and does not do

PropertyManagerHires is a job board for property management roles, including leasing agents, maintenance technicians, porters, assistant, community, regional and portfolio managers, HOA and community association managers, and commercial, affordable, student and senior housing staff. It does not manage property, lease units, act as a real estate broker or give professional advice of any kind to owners, residents, employers or anyone else.

Our service is limited to publishing job posts and career information.

PropertyManagerHires does not employ anyone hired through a listing, does not work as a recruiter or staffing firm, and is not part of any employment arrangement an applicant makes with an employer.

We do not screen, interview or endorse applicants or employers, and we make no promise that a post will produce a hire or that an application will lead to an offer.

3. Where listings come from

Each post on PropertyManagerHires was either bought and submitted by an employer or gathered from a careers page the employer makes public.

Either way, the accuracy of what a post says about the job, its pay and its requirements is the employer's responsibility rather than PropertyManagerHires's.

A gathered post may be edited or closed on the employer's own site before our copy catches up.

Clicking Apply takes you to the employer's own application page, and from that point the employer's terms and privacy policy apply instead of ours.

4. Buying a post

  • Each paid post is a single charge, at the rate listed on the pricing page and it does not renew on its own.
  • The one exception is the Growth and Brand slot plans: monthly subscriptions set up by getting in touch with us, which you may cancel whenever you choose.
  • Stripe processes every payment, and your card number is never transmitted to us or kept on our systems.
  • A post goes up as soon as checkout completes, stays up for 30 days and is then taken down without further action.
  • Refund requests are decided under the Refund Policy.
  • When you post, you confirm that the job really exists and is open now, that what the post says is true and legal, and that it meets every employment law that applies, including anti-discrimination law and any state or local pay transparency requirement covering the position.
  • We can refuse, edit or take down any post we reasonably think is fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, illegal, filed under the wrong role or otherwise against these Terms. No refund is given for a post taken down because it broke these Terms.

5. Rules of use

When you use the board, you agree not to:

  • publish fake, deceptive or fraudulent posts, or posts for anything that is not a real job opening;
  • scrape, duplicate or mass-download posts or other material from the board to republish it, unless we agree in writing;
  • disrupt how the board runs, try to get into systems or data you have no permission to access, or dodge paying;
  • send spam or other unwanted marketing messages through the board;
  • pretend to be another person or company, or give a false picture of how you are connected to an employer.

6. Career and pay pages are background, not advice

The career guides, pay pages and licence and certification pages on PropertyManagerHires offer general background on working in property management.

None of it is legal, tax, fair housing, licensing or other professional advice, and it may lag behind recent changes in state real estate law, licensing rules or landlord-tenant regulation.

Pay numbers are estimates based on the sources we name and do not promise any particular wage.

Confirm anything about licences, designations or certifications with the state real estate commission or the issuing organization before you act on it.

7. Intellectual property

Copyright and trademark law protect the board's text, design and branding, which belong to PropertyManagerHires or are used with permission.

An employer keeps ownership of the post content it submits and gives us permission to show, format and share it, search engine job listings included, to the extent needed to run the board.

Names and logos of management companies, owners and properties shown in posts belong to the businesses they represent.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

PropertyManagerHires is offered “as is” and “as available.” As far as the law allows, we disclaim every warranty, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

We make no promise that the board will always be available or free of errors, that posts are correct or up to date, or that any employer or applicant is who they say they are.

9. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, PropertyManagerHires has no liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, that result from your use of the board, hiring decisions, employment relationships and the outcome of applications included.

For any claim connected to the board, our combined liability will not exceed what you paid us during the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 if you paid us nothing.

10. Indemnification

Each employer agrees to indemnify PropertyManagerHires and hold it harmless against any claim that stems from a post it publishes, such as a claim that the post is untrue, illegal or discriminatory, and against any claim that stems from how it hires.

11. Updates to the board and to the Terms

Any part of the board may be altered or shut down by us whenever we decide.

These Terms may be revised too, and each revision moves the “Last updated” date shown above.

If you keep using the board once a revision is posted, you are accepting the revised Terms.

A significant change to the terms for paid posts covers only posts bought after that change starts.

12. Applicable law and how to reach us

United States law and the law of the state where PropertyManagerHires is organized govern these Terms, setting aside conflict-of-law principles.
