Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 11, 2026 · Last updated: June 11, 2026

Here is what PropertyManagerHires (propertymanagerhires.com) gathers, what we do with it and what control you have over it.

In brief: people looking for leasing, maintenance or management work need no account, and their applications go to the employer rather than through us.

What we hold comes from companies that buy posts, plus the routine technical data any website needs to run.

What we collect

  • Employers buying a post: whatever you type into the posting form: the management company or property name, a contact name and email, and the job itself (title, description, location, pay and apply link). The job is published; your contact details stay private and never appear on the board.
  • Payments: Stripe processes every payment. Your card number is entered with Stripe and is never passed to our systems; we get back a payment confirmation and receipt details and nothing more. Stripe explains its own handling of data in Stripe's privacy policy.
  • Job seekers: nothing beyond routine technical data. There are no candidate accounts on PropertyManagerHires. Clicking Apply opens the employer's own application page, so your resume and answers are received by the employer and never by us.
  • Technical information: as on almost every website, our host records basic request data (IP address, browser type, pages loaded) so the board stays secure and running.
  • Messages to us: emails you send are stored so we can answer them and keep a record of what was asked.

What we use it for

  • Running and maintaining the posts that employers buy.
  • Emailing employers about their posts: receipts, expiry reminders, edits and help requests.
  • Keeping the board running, protected and getting better.
  • Meeting legal requirements, tax recordkeeping among them.

We never sell personal information or hand it to other companies so they can market to you.

Analytics and cookies

PropertyManagerHires runs no ad-tracking scripts.

We may look at privacy-respecting analytics to see overall traffic patterns, for example page views and which sites send visitors. That data is reviewed only in totals and is never used to build a profile of any one person.

The only cookies set are ones the board needs to work, Stripe's checkout cookies among them.

Service providers

A handful of outside companies help us operate: Stripe takes payments, and other vendors supply hosting and our database.

They handle data solely to deliver their service to PropertyManagerHires.

Search engines also receive published posts (Google Jobs, for instance). They get the public text of the post and never the employer's contact details.

Data retention

Records of employer posts and payments are kept for as long as the service and our legal and tax recordkeeping duties require.

A post that has expired and left the board may still sit in our database.

Ask us to delete your information whenever you like, using the steps in the next section.

Your rights

Depending on your location (the California Consumer Privacy Act and the EU/UK GDPR are examples), you may be entitled to see, fix, erase or get a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit some kinds of processing.

Use any of these rights by emailing [email protected] .

After confirming the request is genuine, we will answer inside the period the relevant law sets.

Using a privacy right will never lead to worse treatment from us.

Children

PropertyManagerHires is meant for hiring companies and adults in the workforce.

It is not aimed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly gather personal information from children below that age.
