Read and interpret schematics and manuals for effective repairs.
Log and update work orders in our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Provide prompt, professional customer service to tenants.
Work independently while adhering to daily schedules.

*The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills (experience with an ohmmeter a plus).
Mechanical aptitude with proactive problem-solving ability.
Familiarity with building codes and safety practices (preferred).
Strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented.
Reliable, personal transportation (truck or van preferred) and some tools required.
