You’ll create memorable experiences, build genuine connections, and turn tours into signed leases.What You’ll Be DoingWelcoming and building rapport with prospective and current residentsManaging phone, email, and in-person leads like a proGiving daily in-person and virtual toursCreating urgency and excitement to close the leaseKeeping all leasing areas “show-ready” (office, clubhouse, amenities, models)Following up via calls, texts, and emailsCreating and updating online ads to drive trafficWorking in AppFolio to manage leads, leases, and maintenance ticketsUsing Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelBeing creative, having fun, and supporting your team  What We’re Looking ForPositive attitude and professional appearanceSales-minded and customer-focusedStrong communication skillsComfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environmentTeam player with a creative edgeSales or customer service experience is a plus—but not required Schedule & DetailsFull-Time | 8-hour shiftsMon–Fri: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PMSat: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PMSun: 11:30 AM – 5:00 PMTwo days off during the weekBusiness professional attireOn-site role (not remote)Multiple locations across Central Ohio
