About Soniat Realty
For 50 years, Soniat Realty has been part of the Greater New Orleans real estate community. Founded in 1976, the company has grown from a family-founded real estate firm into a trusted provider of community association management, residential property management, leasing, and real estate services. Today, Soniat Realty manages more than 1,000 residential rental units and more than 30 condominium associations throughout Greater New Orleans.
Our approach combines local knowledge and personal service with the resources and support of Associa, a leader in community association management.
