Schedule: Full time year round Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm EST
Responsibilities Of This Position:
• Assists PM with posting, collecting, tracking and managing delinquency of rental and other income
• Assist PM with processing all invoices generated by the property
• Consistently attempts to collect “Bad Debt” prior to write offs
• Assist PM with evictions related to no rent payments
• Assists PM with property financial operation reporting
- This role also assists with some leasing functions as needed including responding to resident and prospective resident inquiries, touring apartments and guiding prospects through the application process.
- Accounts payable experience or other relevant experience/training is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills, attention to detail & initiative.
- Ability to organize & prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Experience with Yardi or other multifamily accounting programs preferred but not required.
